Originally from Harlem , raised in Brooklyn NY which many say they can tell through my style of cooking. I gathered most of my cooking experience through the many chefs/matriarchs in my family: my passion for baking from my Nana, aunt, and uncle. My thrive to climb the culinary ladder from my heavenly grandmother, favorite cousin ,dad, and friends who sat through endless involuntary make believe cooking shows until I mastered a recipe ! My passion for culinary took a turn when personal health scares came about. My mission then became to push healthy food items. Making sure to offer Vegan/Vegetarian food items so many can enjoy a different approach. Health is wealth and at UD that's what we are all about!
